Greg Hindle paints and teaches privately from his self-designed and built cordwood log home studio, in the rural Hockley Valley of south-central Ontario.

An honours graduate of the Ontario College of Art, Toronto, he spent his final year of study in Florence, Italy. Greg joined the faculty of the Ontario College of Art in 1980, where he taught for over 25 years.

He also teaches local art groups and leads landscape painting trips to scenic locations. His second passion being nature and the environment, his outdoor art workshops focus
on 'plein aire' landscape painting in picturesque natural environments such as the French River, Haliburton and Muskoka regions of Ontario,
and the Hudson River Valley of New York.
